A Typical Day

A typical day at SRMD Ashram begins at 6 a.m. with meditation and Ajnabhakti (a devotional session). This is followed by a Chaityavandan (worship) at 7:30 a.m. and a Satsang by Pujya Gurudevshri from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. After lunch visitors may spend time taking rest, exploring the library, using sports facilities or taking a walk in the lush surroundings of the Ashram. The day ends after dinner at the communal dining area with an evening Arti and Devvandan at 7:30 p.m.
