A Typical Day

Morning

  • Early Morning Meditation (5:00 AM – 5:45 AM): Start the day with Amrit Vela meditation, a time for deep reflection and connection with the divine.
  • Morning Walk (6:00 AM – 7:00 AM): Enjoy a morning walk around the beautiful campus, taking in the serene parks and green spaces.
  • Breakfast (7:00 AM – 8:00 AM):  Relish a delicious and nourishing vegetarian breakfast to energize for the day ahead.
  • Murli Class (8:00 AM – 9:00 AM): Participate in the daily Murli class, where spiritual teachings and insights are shared.
  • Guided Rajyoga Meditation (9:00 AM – 10:00 AM): Engage in a transformative guided Rajyoga meditation session to reconnect with your inner self.
  • Lunch (12:30 PM – 1:30 PM): Enjoy a wholesome vegetarian lunch.

Afternoon

  • Rest/Personal Time (1:30 PM – 2:30 PM): Take some personal time to rest or reflect in one of the relaxing zones on campus.
  • Meditation/Study (2:30 PM – 4:00 PM): Spend time in personal meditation or studying spiritual texts in one of the many meditation spaces.

Evening

  • Evening Meditation (5:00PM-6:00PM): Join an evening meditation session to deepen your spiritual practice.
  • Dinner (6:00 PM – 7:00 PM): Savor a light and nutritious vegetarian dinner.
  • Spiritual Discourse (7:00 PM – 8:00 PM): Attend an evening spiritual discourse or lecture in the auditorium, which can accommodate over 15,000 members.
