A Typical Day

Morning:

  • OSHO Dynamic Meditation (6:00 AM – 7:00 AM): Start your day with a high-energy practice designed to release physical and emotional tension.
  • Morning Classes (7:30 AM – 8:30 AM): Participate in activities such as Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Tai Chi, or Sufi Celebration to energize your body and mind.
  • Silent Sitting (8:00 AM – 8:30 AM): Enjoy a period of silent meditation
  • OSHO Audio Talk (8:00 AM): Listen to enlightening discourses.
  • OSHO Vipassana Meditation (9:30 AM – 10:30 AM): Engage in a practice of mindfulness and awareness.
  • Daily Meditation (11:00 AM – 12:00 PM): Experience a different meditation each day, such as OSHO Nataraj or OSHO Laughter Meditation.
  • Dance Celebration (12:00 PM – 12:30 PM): Join a joyful and energetic dance session.

Afternoon:

  • Lunch (12:30 PM – 1:30 PM): A simple, yet balanced vegetarian meal is served.
  • Silent Sitting (2:00 PM – 2:30 PM): Another session of silent meditation.
  • OSHO Nadabrahma Meditation (2:45 PM – 3:45 PM): A humming meditation to harmonize the body and mind.

Evening:

  • OSHO Kundalini Meditation (4:15 PM – 5:15 PM): An active meditation to shake off the day’s stress.
  • Dinner (6:30 PM – 7:30 PM): Another nutritious meal to enjoy.
  • OSHO Evening Meeting Meditation (6:40 PM – 7:40 PM): Participate in high-energy dance, sitting meditation with intermittent music, and an Osho video.

Night:

  • Nightlife Activities (8:00 PM – 10:00 PM): Engage in Dancing with Awareness, Active and Dance Meditations, or Full-moon meditations beneath the stars.
  • Evening Entertainment (9:00 PM onwards): Enjoy cinema, theater, variety shows, creativity nights, and occasional classical music performances.

Costs

  • Lodging: ₹3,920 – 4,480 per night for Single Occupancy (including 12% GST) and Rs 4,480 – 5,040 per night for Double Occupancy (including 12% GST), depending on the season.
  • Entry Passes: ₹1,950 per day for international visitors; ₹970 per day for Indian nationals for 1-2 Days. A discounted price is applicable for more than 2 days (15% for 3-4 days, 25% for 5+ days, 40% for 30 days).
  • Food: ₹25,000 – 35,000 for vegetarian cuisine at the resort for a month.

Rules

  • Dress code: Visitors are required to wear plain maroon robes for all activities from 9 AM to 4 PM, and plain white robes  for the Evening Meeting. The purpose is to creates a unifying atmosphere and enhance collective meditative energy, focus attention on the inner self rather than outer appearances and because loose robes are comfortable in the tropical climate, ideal for meditation.
  • Alcohol and Smoking: The resort strictly prohibits alcohol and smoking within its premises to maintain a conducive environment for meditation and well-being.
  • Mobile Phones: Usage of mobile phones is restricted in certain areas to ensure a quiet and focused environment for all participants.
  • Participation: Active participation in meditation sessions and activities is encouraged. Adherence to the scheduled programs helps in creating a disciplined and enriching experience for everyone.
